Anti-virus: your choice
MIMEsweeper for SMTP is designed to work with the AV tool or tools of your choice.It intercepts and decomposes data flowing through the gateway, before passing it to the AV tools for virus checking and cleaning, providing ultimate protection against known viruses. We work with some of the top AV companies - Symantec, Sophos, Kaspersky, Avira, Command, F-Secure, Norman and McAfee or deploy the Edge Server and get Kaspersky pre-integrated and configured.
For viruses that have not yet been profiled by the virus vendors, MIMEsweeper closes the Zero-day window,intercepting viruses, worms and Trojan horses based on their attributes rather than only their specific profiles.
